Makeup Must Haves You Can't be Without
Looking pretty is hard work, because you have to watch what
you eat, exercise on a regular basis, take care of your skin. Every woman needs
extra help in maintaining her looks and that's why makeup is here.
Today we are going to go through makeup essentials, dividing
them in few categories. This will help you reorganize your makeup, remind you
which products you need to buy and which ones are an actual necessity.
First of all, I got this tip from a professional make up
artist while I was a teenage model. Take two makeup cases, one for your daily
use and the other for dramatic, party looks. For example, black mascara is an everyday must have, while purple one is not. While you
can wear smokey eyes everywhere, you should save neon eye
shadows for rock concerts or crazy birthdays. Our assignment is to find out
which products belong at the makeup case number one, so let’s start with foundations and
powders.
Face
You need to know your skin type and buy a foundation
according to that. It is simple; just go to Sephora or any place where you can buy quality make up and ask the
sales women for help. Once you find which skin type you have, you have to find
a perfect product. You don’t have to stick to
only one brand and if something looks great on your skin, it doesn’t mean someone else should use it
too.
When you have the foundation, it is time for concealer, because it is a
perfect weapon to hide dark circles around the eyes and a powder or bronzer,
depending on what you prefer. It seems like a lot, but it is actually a
routine. Avoid product based on oil and always choose the ones with SPF.
Foundations and powders will provide not only a better look, but they will also
protect your skin from the sun, wind and air pollutions.

Lips
If your lips have little cracks, nothing will look good on
them. That is why a lip balm is a must have. You should use it daily, just like
day or night creams. When your skin is looking good, you need less makeup. Now,
we are all different, but every woman should find a perfect shade of red lipstick because it is a
timeless classic.
Secondly, you need a lip gloss. You can wear it everywhere, with or
without lipstick, but stick to the ones which are not greasy. You want to have
lips that shine, not to look like you spoiled oil on them. Also, you need a lip
pencil or lip liner, to correct imperfections in the shape of your lips. You
only need the one, which is detarminated by your skin and lip color.

Eyes
A palette of basic eye shadows is a useful product, but
nothing beats the magnificent effects which mascara provides. Stick to black or
brown colors, if you are pale blonde. Remember that you have to replace your
mascara every 6 months, because that is how long they last, once they are
opened. You can curl your eye lashes, but that is optional. However, a good set
of makeup brushes is not and you need to clean them up regularly, wash them
only with water and let them dry on a paper towel.
It is extremely important that anything that goes near your
eyes is clean, because the skin around them is highly sensitive, just like
eyes. A black crayon or eyeliner will do wonder to your eyes, but let’s not forget eyebrows. You need to
have them plucked at least once per month and you can use a special pencil to
correct them.

Cheeks
Compact blush is easy to use if you have the right brush.
However, creamy and liquid ones can look even better, but you need to practice
how to use them. The biggest mistake women make is the choice of color. It
should look natural, so wheatear your skin is fair, medium or dark, you need to
find shades of pink or peach that will look subtitle.
Otherwise, you might look like you work in a circus.
Choosing the right shade of blush is probably the biggest of all makeup
challenges, but when you are in doubt, ask professionals.

All of this might sound like it is too much, but it actually
isn’t. So, in order to satisfy your
daily makeup needs, you need the right foundation, compact powder, mascara, eye
pencil or eye liner, some blush and a lip-gloss or a lipstick. Stick to neutral
and natural colors and invest in certain products, especially foundations.
Do not share your makeup, but if you do, make sure to clean
it up in order to avoid infections. If you want some extra advice on makeup for
